Njretoday is owned and operated by Audeliz Angie Perez. I am a full-time Weichert, Realtors Broker-Salesperson in Edison, NJ. I’ve been in the real estate business for 5 years of which I have dedicated my time and energy into helping buyers and sellers move on with their lives. I worked for the Weichert, Realtors Union office from August 2005 to January 2010. Currently, I operate my real estate sales business from the Weichert, Realtors Edison office of which I specialize in selling in one to four family homes, short sales and foreclosure listings on and off the MLS.
I have the ability to match buyers and sellers with the best buyer or listing agent in the real estate business, assuming I can not service your wants and needs myself. During these past 5 years, I’ve created a database of real estate service providers and professionals who are trustworthy and excellent at what they do. Through me, you can list, buy, sell, get a referral or search for houses for sale in the North or Central Jersey Area, specifically the towns in and around the Union, Edison and South Brunswick, NJ.

If you are not ready to sell now, but you would like to time the market, I recommend you sign up for a free market snapshot of your area. Market snapshots are specific to your home address and shows you what houses are listed for sell, what houses have sold and the average days on market for just listed and just sold houses. Home valuations are easy to come by on popular sites like zillow, but zillow is highly inaccurate. The market snapshots that I provide take actual MLS data and charts for trends in the market place so that you can decide for yourself when is the best time to buy or sell.
