If you have customers that utilized the first-time home buyer tax credit, please ask the customer to make a three-minute video about it so NAR can show it on Capitol Hill to make the case for expansion and extension of the credit. Absent any action, the credit will expire at the end of November. Videos will be entered into a contest: grand prize is a $500 American Express Card.
