About: Audeliz “Angie” Perez is a true entrepreneur. Ever since the age of 11 years old, she has been in some type of sales position. When she was a young lady, she sold everything from “limbres” (Latino icy), flowers, plants, CDs from her Uncle’s music store in Newark, NJ. At age 14, she worked for Sears selling maintenance agreements over the phone. During her college years, she sold computers at CompUSA, Kirby’s, education and training and currently she is selling houses as a Broker-Salesperson for Weichert, Realtors.
She specializes in Short Sales, Foreclosures and Residential Resales of 1-4 family homes. She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers alike and considers herself to be a student of the market. In 2007, she received the NJ Circle of Excellence Award. To qualify for the NJ Circle of Excellence Bronze Level Award, agents must sell a minimum of $3 million in residential resales and 15 units or more units in one given year! She has made the Weichert, Realtor’s Million Dollar Club 4 years in a row, among other real estate achievements.
Downtime: When Angie is not selling real estate, she enjoys pc games, blogging and often freelances her social media and inbound marketing expertise, skills and provides training sessions to other SBOs within and outside of the real estate industry.
