For Buyers I offer Buyer’s Agency or Disclosed Dual Agency for a period of 6 months to one year. Having been in the business for 5 years, I know that it takes on average 12-18 showing appointments before you make your decision to buy and then 30-90 days for a possible closing. I am a member of 2 Multiple Listing Services (MLS) which are real estate databases where listing brokers share commission and cooperate with other brokers for the purposes of selling more houses. Those two systems that I subscribe to are the Garden State MLS and Middlesex County MLS. I generally sell houses in the following towns:

• Essex County: Newark, Maplewood, West Orange, East Orange, Orange, Bloomfield, Belleville, Irvington.

As a bonus, I will host your and design your website (assuming you don’t have one) free of charge and help you develop a lead capturing machine by:

• optimizing your site for search engines and keywork ranking
• I will set up and maintain your social media profiles and/or
• teach you how to follow-up smart and close more deals
